Kroger run 7/11

plus 2 bags of m&ms (not pictured)

If you have read my blog in the past you know about my hate/hate relationship with Kroger lol. I probably go there once or twice a month because I just think they have terrible customer service. I decided to head out today though because I had a few coupons that made good deals when matched with the mega sale items.
Fast forward now...I am shopping in the store and notice EVERYTHING is priced higher than listed on all the blogs. (Colgate should have been .99 after mega sale discount - it was $1.49 at my store, bagel bites should have been $1.49 after discount - they were $1.69..sippy cups were .89 more....)I guess that's what I get for shopping at a Kroger in a wealthy area. So, basically this threw everything off and I paid a little more than I planned...but oh well.

OOP: 8.28
Savings of: 33.34 or 80%

2 Colgate toothpaste (these are not the ones included in the mega sale) $.91 each on clearance
-used 2 .50 coupons from the 7/10 Sunday paper (a coupon fairy left a coupon 1 of the coupons on the shelf...so I had to take it!)
2 Brut deodorants $1.00 each
-used 2 $.50 printables available here (doubled to $1.00)
2 m&m peanut $.50 each
-used .75 off 2 coupon from the 7/10 Sunday paper (doubled to $1.00)
5 Kraft easy mac 1.09 each
-used $1.00 off 5 coupon from a tear pad
2 Classico pasta sauce 2.29 each
-used $1.00 off 2 coupon from the Sunday paper
Bagel bites 2.19
-used .50 coupon I received from emailing the manufacturer
Pepsi 1.39
Cherry Pepsi 1.39
2 Crayola 24 pack crayons .25 each
Playtex sippy 4.78
-used $2.00 coupon available here when you sign up for their newsletter (takes approx. 24 hours to receive)
Playtex sippy 3.82
--used $2.00 coupon available here when you sign up for their newsletter (takes approx. 24 hours to receive)
-The sippy cups were also buy one get one free.

You also receive $5.00 off your order when you purchase 10 select items (pepsi, cherry pepsi, classico, easy mac & bagel bites are what I purchased that are included in this sale)

Now....when I was checking out I realized, if I would have purchased 2 of the $3.82 sippy cups..my $4.00 in coupons would have allowed for some overage. Oh well, the $4.82 sippy cup was Mickey Mouse and our daughter LOVES that show...the other one is CARS2 and she has no clue what that is lol. .41 a sippy is still awesome IMO.

I was looking at the bottom of my Kroger receipt at my YTD savings. We never use the Kroger gas stations (or Turkey Hill or Shell) and I have probably spent...$35.00-$40.00 at Kroger total this year. My savings so far though is: $352.45...I would say that's pretty good for only shopping there a 10ish times this year!
