When I first got into couponing, seeing all the deals weekly was VERY overwhelming and I never knew what was truly a GREAT deal or what I should hold out on because I could get it cheaper. Here is a GREAT way to tell if you are getting a good price on toilet paper:
-look for the total square footage of toilet paper on the packaging (in the case above it is 584.5 square feet)
-move the decimal over 2 places. In the example above, you do not want to pay more than $5.85 for the package of toilet paper....anything below that is considered a GREAT deal! Pretty easy right?:)
