Target currently has Scotch Tape on sale this week for $.50. There is a $1.00 coupon available here. Unlike Walmart, it is in Targets coupon policy to adjust the coupon down to $.50 and to not give overage. Some stores will do this, others will allow overage. Now is the time to stock up on items that are considered "School supplies" - Crayons, markers, pens, pencils, tape, paper, glue, glue sticks etc. Even if you may not need tape now...think about how much you will need at Christmas - so stock up now while its free, instead of waiting until later and you'll be stuck paying for it!
