Now, I realize this blog is called Ohio couponer, but I wanted to share this information in case anyone reading lives on the Ohio/West Virginia border.
Word is, select Walmart stores in West Virginia will be doubling coupons up to $.99 starting 7/30! (I hear there are a few in Ohio that may start, but I am not sure where or even if this is true) I don't know much about West Virginia but I have heard the stores in Parkersburg & Vienna are taking part in the testing of doubling coupons. If you live near these areas, you may want to call your local store to confirm :)
