Shopping trips 9/11 - OOP: $1.18 Savings of: $117.58 - CVS, Walgreen, Meijer, Giant Eagle

I think I had my best shopping trips ever today (especially at CVS!) I did pay for portions of my bills with a prepaid Visa gift card I had purchased a few months ago. So, I included that in my amount saved since I accounted for the Visa cost when I purchased it.

I have been wanting a curling iron for yeaaarrsss, but never wanted to take the plunge and buy one. I never knew if I would ever really use one, so I thought I may just end up wasting my money. Well, we are going on a cruise in November and I want to learn to curl my hair for one of our dinner nights :) So, I decided to take the plunge and get one at CVS this week :)

I'm still on my Walgreens vacation. It's nice, but I'm considering trying it next week. I haven't looked at the ad, though.

You caught a Perfect Storm with that CVS trip and all of those free coupons! I never get the email coupons, and I tried to sign up again, but it says there's already an email address with that card number. I only get online specials emailed to me on Mondays. I never get in store coupons.
