If you are new to couponing you may be wondering how you can find out what coupons are in the paper each week. Just head over here to The Sunday Coupon Preview & it will list each week what coupons you can expect. The value can vary by region, but it will do a good job of giving you a basic rundown of what to expect.
A lot of couponers use this site to help determine how many papers they plan to buy each week. I only get 1 paper a week no matter what coupons are in there. I will say though, most couponers I know get at least 2 papers a week. Obviously, the more papers you get, the easier it will be to stock up on items when on sale.
If you head over to the Sunday Coupon Preview you will notice there are no coupons this weekend. 99% of the time, there are NO coupons on holiday weekends. It gives you time to enjoy your family & friends....and clean out those binders :) This is labor day weekend, so there should still be plenty of sales to use those coupons you already have on!
