YAY!! Giant Eagle now allows 90 total eoffers to be "clipped" to your advantage card! This is up for the 45 they previously allowed. This is great news, especially since they seem to be offering more and more eoffers!
Here is the list of all Eoffer sites you can use at Giant Eagle. Head on over and start clipping! :)

Saving Star (remember, these eoffers do not come off at the register, but instead the money will be deposted into your Saving Star account. Therefore, these eoffers CAN be combined with other eoffers and paper coupons!)

does the 90 total eoffers include all eoffers or just the eoffers from the giant eagle site, example say i clip

would that count as 20 eoffers for giant eagle card or 5 eoffers for giant eagle
You can have 90 total clipped between ALL the sites. So, in your example, yes it would count as 20 clipped eoffers :)
