If you are in need of some SUPER cheap school supplies you may want to head to your nearest Best Buy. They have 2 pocket portfolios for only $.01 each this week! I believe these are the kind without the 3 prongs in the middle inside & there is a limit of 25 per person.
You may be able to price match at Walmart if you don't have a Best Buy near. There is no information really given in the Best Buy ad, so YMMV (your millage may vary) as to if your local Walmart will price match.
