JCPenney will be offering FREE haircuts for kids (grades K-6th) for the entire month of August at every JCPenney salon in the USA. If you are interested in taking advantage of this deal, I would call your local store now and set up your appointment. I imagine things will fill up fast...maybe even before August 1st!
Wish they were doing this for younger kids...my son really needs a hair cut :)
