If you are a Target shopper, were affected by the Target breach or shopped in a Target store between 11/27-12/15, head on over here and you will be able to submit your name and email address to sign up for free Credit Monitoring and Identity Theft protection. This will include a free credit report, daily credit monitoring, access to personalized assistance and identity theft insurance where available.
Once you have registered, you will receive an activation code within 5 days that you must redeem by April 30th, 2014.
