WOW! Sears.com currently has select juniors and women's outerwear on clearance for as low as $3.99! To locate the clearance items easily, head on over here and click on women's or juniors (depending on which category you want to shop in). You can then click on Outerwear on the left side of the screen and organize by price (low to high) to see the available $3.99 coats and jackets!
I didn't see much that was available for in store pickup so you will need to select to have the items shipped. If you are not a Shop Your Way Rewards Max member yet, you will get the option to sign up for a free 90 trial during the checkout process. When you sign up, you will receive free shipping for 90 days. If you opt to not sign up, shipping starts at $5.75 (which still makes for an awesome deal for a jacket!)
